Questions about payment
How do I pay?
We accept FPS, PayMe and AlipayHK. After buying credits, upload your payment screenshot; once an admin approves it, the credits are ready to use. Selected packages also support instant card payment via Stripe.
How many times can I check one document?
Each submission costs 1 credit. Re-checking after edits costs another credit. Finish a complete draft before checking so you do not spend credits on partial work.
Which file formats are supported?
PDF, Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx), plain text (.txt), RTF and PowerPoint (.pptx). Maximum 50MB per file.
